STRADA GARII, FNThe industrial park covers an area of 7.28 hectares, with four production halls and rentable areas for construction. The halls are connected with asphalted internal roads. The area is entirely owned by the Municipality of Kézdisávárhely. Investors have the opportunity to build their own production hall. Access to the park, 150 meters from the Soarelui Street, is off the national road DN11 and 200 m from the county road 121. – Electricity: PTC20 / 0.4kV and transformer station with 2x1000kVA capacity, industrial halls are equipped with underground 0.4kV 2xACYAbY type cables – water supply: from the urban system with PEID Dn = 110 mm pipes – sewerage: connected to the urban system with PVC KG Dn = 200 mm pipes- PVC KG DN = 110, 315 mm pipes are installed in the area for draining rainwater – gas supply is made with PE 80 SDR11 Dn = 63 mm, yield = 300m3 / h (75 m3 / h for each hall)

The area is entirely owned by the Municipality of Kézdivásárhely. The usable and usable area is 4.85 hectares. Conditions: – Electricity: 630 kVA transformer station – drinking water supply: from the urban system with Dn = 160 mm pipes – heat pump – sewerage connected to the urban system
